Questions You Might Have

I’m a customer/client/student. How do I access my products or programs?

Use the Login button in the top navigation to enter the members’ area. Once you’re signed in, you’ll see all of your purchases in one place.

What’s the best way to stay in the loop about new offers?

Subscribe to Letters from Home, our regular note. You’ll receive thoughtful stories, gentle prompts, and practical tools—as well as early notice of new printables, guides, and gatherings.

Do you offer refunds for digital products and programs?

Digital items (printables, templates, downloads, and on-demand programs) are available immediately after purchase, so all sales are final. Before buying, you’re welcome to read testimonials, explore samples, or email us with any questions. We’re happy to help you choose what truly fits.

What tools do I need for your courses or groups?

Very little. A notebook, a pen, and a quiet moment are often enough. Some programs include printable tools or worksheets, which you’ll receive upon joining.

Are your events, creative groups, and community only for women?

No. Our spaces are open to anyone who feels drawn to this work and will benefit from it.

What if I’m not sure I’m creative enough for this?

You don’t need to feel “creative enough” to be here. Hejmo is for anyone drawn to living and working with more clarity, curiosity, and ease. Creativity has many forms—writing, making, caring, problem-solving, listening, tending to others, imagining new possibilities. If something in this space speaks to you, you belong here.

How do I know where to begin?

You can begin anywhere. If you’re new here, the free Art of Homecoming course and the Quiet Reminders guided journal are gentle places to start. When you subscribe to receive these, you’ll also be among the first to hear when new programs open for registration.

If you need support with clarity, direction, or mindful business decisions, you’re welcome to explore my consulting and coaching services. And if you’d like help choosing the right next step, feel free to email me—I’m always glad to offer guidance.

Do you offer 1:1 support?

Yes. I offer select 1:1 creativity coaching and story-powered business consulting for creatives, entrepreneurs, and leaders. If you’re interested, feel free to reach out with a few lines about what you’re working on, and we can explore whether it’s a good fit.

I teach creativity, writing, storytelling, mindfulness, or business. Can I host something for your community?

We’re open to thoughtful collaborations. Send a brief proposal with your idea and links to your work (website, writing, social profiles). We’ll review it and follow up if it feels like a good fit for Hejmo.

Can I promote your offerings as an affiliate or ambassador?

Yes—by invitation. If you’re interested, email us with details about your audience, why you feel we’re a good match, which offerings you’d like to share, and how you plan to promote them, along with relevant links.

Do you offer licensing or white-label options for your products and programs?

For select partners, we offer non-exclusive commercial licenses for many of our printables, templates, guides, workbooks, and course or workshop materials. Email us to start the conversation, including a short overview of your audience, how you’d like to use the materials, and links to your work.
